The European Centre for Socio-professional Integration ACTA (Abilities Career Training Attitude) promotes the educational activities, professional and social skills development of young people and adults in order to be able to adapt and to integrate effectively in a dynamic society.  We are also committed to social integration and give equal opportunities to vocational skills learning for the most disadvantaged groups of people (those with special educational needs, social problems, and those with a high risk of social exclusion).

Our organisation aims to contribute to the economic and civic growth of individuals, through lifelong education and to draw attention to the importance of supporting the integration of disadvantaged and ethnic groups. These people have benefited from career counselling, personal and professional development in accordance with the current requirements of the labour market. We wish to enhance people empowerment, entrepreneurship, creativity, social Inclusion and the acceptance of cultural diversity through intercultural learning. We encourage people to develop their ideas and initiatives into concrete projects and we tend to develop their creativity and entrepreneurship skills.   Our prime and foremost aim is to empower our people in the most efficient and holistic methods.

ACTA Center adopts and implements various innovative social initiatives in the field of formal and  non-formal education, providing information, counselling, training to both young people and professionals. Training, non-formal education and other relevant services are significant areas of the organisation's activities.

ACTA Center has a staff complement of teachers in schools and university with significant experience in research projects as well as psychologists and social workers who can deliver and support counseling activity as required.

Activities and Experiences

ACTA Center offers services in the areas of professional training & development through operative measures which consist of innovative methodologies and identifying market needs. We conduct initial and continue vocational training and workshops for personal and professional skills growth and offer competence analysis, career guidance and equip young people with job interview skills.  Also through formal and non-formal education we want to inspire young people to become volunteers.  Our policy for people is that, the people can develop their personal and life skills to the full only through learning by doing. So we adopt a policy of an informal and non-formal education based on commitment through active participation.  We hope that through the initiatives created by our organisation we create a framework where young citizens will have the opportunity to express themselves and become aware of their potential and how to maximize it to the full. ACTA Center is closely cooperating with School Inspectorate of Bihor county, University of Oradea, Center of resources and Educational Assistance of Bihor county, Local Authorities, other entities/companies and NGOs.
